Tom Welsh Builders LLC has been building new homes in Southern New Jersey since 1984. Tom began constructing homes in the Haddonfield, New Jersey region to meet the growing residential demands of the area, at the same time growing his business and reputation for producing fine homes. In 1992, he brought the construction business to the seashore upon discovering the incredible potential of the islands, specifically Sea Isle City, Avalon and Stone Harbor.
Today, after 500 homes built, the name Tom Welsh has become synonymous with new homes at the beach. The quality of his homes speak for themselves time and time again.
